Today, the ski boot adapted to your foot becomes a reality. It's Bootfitting!
Skiing is synonymous with holidays, freedom and fun. However, you can't help but think about the obligatory and sometimes painful passage of putting on and taking off your shoes.
For a while now there have been techniques for adapting the ski boot to the foot of its owner. We are thinking in particular of the injection of slippers. But, in practice, these expensive solutions have long been reserved for a clientele made up mainly of snow sports professionals.
Bootfitting refers to the technologies developed to ensure better gliding comfort while respecting the morphology of each foot. Simple, fast and effective, this technique is available in several processes available in your Magnin Sport store in Valloire.
You already own shoes
First solution
. Change your insoles to improve foot support by distributing optimally the pressures. (AIDS 3Feet)
Several types and sizes of insoles according to your foot:
o Foot with a high arch
o Feet with medium arches
o Feet with low arches
You own a pair of shoes that does not have customization technology:
we can slightly deform the shell of your shoes using a jack to relieve a painful area. (AIDS Yeti)
The shell is heated with a heat gun in the painful places, then the shell is slightly deformed with a jack specially adapted for this manipulation.
Third possibility
You already have shoes with a technology suitable for the passage of the shell in the oven: after analyzing your foot and the pressure points that you have observed, we put in place small pieces of foam of different densities to spread the liner and the hull to relieve your foot. This last solution is only compatible with thermoformable type liners which have the particularity of memorizing the change in the shape of your liner after it has been personalized.
All our new ski boots for sale are customizable. Thus, you benefit from our expertise in the choice of your new shoes:
o Foot analysis (length, metatarsal width, arch of the foot).
o Choice of hull volume based on the analysis.
o Choice of hull rigidity according to level and morphology.
o Customization of the shell and/or liner in a special oven at 80°C.
The different technologies we offer:
Head
- Form Fit (shell) - Perfect Fit (liner)
Solomon
- Custom Shell 360 ° (shell) - My Custon FIT 3D (liner)
Fischer
- Thermoshape (slipper)
Customization is done in one go, however, if you still notice pressure points, you can come back for free to perfect your customization.
